Nominasol is the payroll and labour management software by TeamSystem/DELSOL, designed for labour advisory firms and HR departments in SMEs. Nominasol covers the full labour management cycle: payroll preparation under any collective bargaining agreement, social security settlement via NS Conect@ and SILTRA, contract management, income tax (IRPF) withholding calculation, sick notes and leaves of absence, and generation of the official files required by the Social Security Treasury. The software runs exclusively on Windows and is developed by Software del Sol (DELSOL), a company headquartered in Mengíbar (Jaén) that joined the Italian group TeamSystem in February 2021.

For a labour advisory firm handling dozens of client companies, Nominasol offers the ability to operate multiple entities from a single environment, automatically apply updated collective agreements, and generate social security remittance files in the format required for each procedure. Diagnosis and planning

We analyse how you currently manage payroll: software in use, headcount, applicable collective agreements and level of integration with accounting. With that map we define the scope of the implementation or migration and the go-live schedule.

Configuration and installation

We install Nominasol in your working environment (local workstations or the advisory firm's server), configure the companies, contribution groups, current income tax tables and applicable collective agreements. If you are migrating from another software, we transfer the historical employee and payroll data.

Training and go-live

We train the responsible team on the main workflows: employee registration, monthly payroll calculation, social security generation via NS Conect@/SILTRA, contract processing and file submission to the Treasury. The go-live runs in parallel with your real process to validate every result.

Ongoing support

We resolve incidents by phone, email and remote access. We update collective agreements and tables when regulatory changes occur and proactively notify you of developments that affect your client portfolio or your own workforce.

Frequently asked questions about Nominasol.

Is Nominasol valid for any collective bargaining agreement?

Nominasol includes a database of collective agreements that is updated with each new software version. For company-level agreements or very specific sector arrangements, the manual configuration of salary tables is straightforward; we assist with that initial setup so that payroll calculations are always correct.

Can I manage several companies from a single installation?

Yes. Nominasol allows you to create and manage multiple companies from the same programme, making it particularly well-suited for labour advisory firms that work with a portfolio of business clients. Each company has its own agreement configuration, contribution groups and income tax parameters.

How does social security settlement work with Nominasol?

Nominasol generates files in the format required by the Social Security Direct Settlement System (NS Conect@) and by SILTRA for the submission of TC2 returns and affiliation records. During implementation we configure and test that connection to ensure submissions are made correctly from the very first month.

Can I migrate to Nominasol from a3nom or from my current payroll software?

Yes. The migration process involves exporting data from the current software (employees, contracts, historical payroll records) and adapting it to Nominasol's import format. At Summum Sistemas we carry out that migration with a reconciliation check between source and destination before the transfer is considered complete.

Does Nominasol work in the cloud or only on the desktop?

Nominasol is a desktop programme for Windows. If you need access from multiple devices or from outside the office, the alternative within the TeamSystem/DELSOL ecosystem is the DELSOL 360 suite, which integrates Nominasol's functions in a cloud environment.
