SIGPAC import
We import the client's actual plots from SIGPAC — enclosures, varieties, and organic certification where applicable.
Certified digital field logbook, connected with the CAP, SIGPAC and traceability. Phenology by plot and signed treatments — with modules for D.O.P. / I.G.P. and for the winery and winegrower with SILICIE 2.0 and official books.
The field logbook stopped being paper a long time ago, but most market solutions are forms without craft: they ask a winegrower to fill in 40 fields without understanding that between budbreak and veraison you do not work the vineyard the same way. We built one that does understand it.
The application connects with SIGPAC to load plots, with the CAP to validate declarations, and with the Regulatory Council logbook when there is a denomination of origin. Treatment tasks include the applicator's signature, recorded dose, automatically calculated safety period, and an alert if incompatible products overlap.
Beneath the logbook, the data. Every harvest, every pruning, every leaf analysis is recorded in the same database that later feeds the lightweight ESG report, the ISO 14064 carbon footprint and, when the client wants it, the investor report. A single tap in the winegrower's app; all reports are already populated.
We import the client's actual plots from SIGPAC — enclosures, varieties, and organic certification where applicable.
Varieties, vintage calendar, authorised plant protection products, fertilisers, machinery — the field logbook master data.
Grower app, applicator app, winery dashboard. They work offline and sync when coverage returns.
Regulatory Council field logbook, CAP declaration, lightweight ESG report, carbon footprint — all fed from the same data source.
The field logbook covers the vineyard. On top of it, two modules can be added — each one addresses a specific pain point in the wine sector, and each is contracted separately as a standalone product.
For a winery operating under a designation, the Regulatory Council is just another stakeholder — with its own registers, deadlines and seals. This module makes that process part of the daily workflow, not a separate folder.
Since 2020, Excise Duty accounting has been submitted electronically to the AEAT, and SILICIE 2.0 (Order HAC/1505/2024) has raised the bar further. This module generates and submits the accounting entries automatically, via web service, directly from each winery movement.
Designed so the grower opens it just once a day, and the winery sees everything happening in the field in real time.
Phenology by plot
Tracking of budbreak, leaf development, flowering, fruit set, veraison and harvest with geotagged photos.
Signed treatments
Product, dose, applicator, weather conditions, pre-harvest interval. Compliant with RD 1311/2012.
SIGPAC + CAP integration
Client's actual plots, CAP declaration fed from the field logbook.
Harvest traceability
From vine to tank to barrel to bottle. For D.O., for audit and for vintage history.
Lightweight ESG report
Water consumption, products applied, waste, emissions. Compatible with the EcoVadis questionnaire.
Offline mode
Works in areas without coverage and syncs when back in range of the winery.
The field logbook and its modules are certified for everything that applies to vineyard and winery operations in Spain and Europe: plant protection products, CAP, designation and Excise Duties.
The field logbook is the single source of truth for all field activity. That is why it is the foundation from which carbon footprint, ESG data and ESG reports are fed, with no double entry.
Verified ISO 14064 carbon footprint · scopes 1, 2 and 3 fed from the field logbook.

View service →Yes. The base is the same for olive groves, fruit trees, horticulture and agri-food. The master data (varieties, products, calendar) change by sector.
Yes. The mobile apps save locally and sync when back in range of the winery or connected to Wi-Fi.
It is the regulatory logbook in digital format. The main D.O. Regulatory Councils accept it with the applicator's digital signature.
Yes, with the winery module. It generates Excise Duty accounting entries directly from each movement (grape intake, pressing, bottling, losses…) and submits them via web service to the AEAT portal, already compliant with SILICIE 2.0.
The D.O.P. / I.G.P. module controls protected stocks, generates harvest and movement declarations for the Regulatory Council, and reconciles numbered back labels and seals — all from field logbook data.
We generate the CAP declaration from the logbook data. The client signs it and submits it. No double entry.
