Aplifisa has been serving professional practices in Spain for more than four decades. Acquired by TeamSystem in July 2023, it is now part of Italy's largest business management software group, with more than 3.1 million clients across Europe. Its suite covers the complete practice lifecycle: taxation (Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, VAT and AEAT forms), payroll (salaries, Social Security, contracts, SEPE), accounting with SII, electronic invoicing adapted to Verifactu via FactuGes, document digitisation with ApliScan (OCR), internal practice management, employee portal, property administration and a GDPR module. With approximately 5,000 practice clients and a market share of close to 10 % in the advisory software segment, it is a solid and proven choice for mid-sized firms.

At Summum Sistemas we specialise in Aplifisa implementation, migration and support. We know the suite's architecture in detail, the typical workflows of a professional practice and the critical points of each module: direct connection to the AEAT for electronic filings, integration with NS Conect@/SILTRA in the payroll area, accounting reconciliation for the SII, and the signature chain for Verifactu in FactuGes. We have been supporting practices in Castilla y León and the Canary Islands for more than nineteen years, and we know that software alone does not solve the problem: what solves it is a well-executed implementation and support that responds on the same day.

The pressing issue in 2026 is Verifactu. Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 establish that legal entities must issue invoices with a high registration record at the AEAT from 1 January 2027, and self-employed persons from 1 July 2027. The compliance mechanism is the manufacturer's responsible declaration: there is no 'type-approval' or official AEAT list. Aplifisa already includes FactuGes adapted to Verifactu. Our service guarantees that both the practice's and its clients' configuration is aligned before those deadlines, without last-minute pressure.

The Aplifisa process.

The process · four stages
01

Practice diagnosis

We analyse the volume of tax and payroll files, the Aplifisa modules currently in use, existing integrations with the AEAT and Social Security, and the status of Verifactu in the suite. The output is a gap map and an action plan with clear priorities.

02

Implementation and configuration

We install and configure the contracted modules: Tax Suite, Payroll Suite, Accounting with SII, FactuGes (Verifactu), ApliScan and Practice Management. We import data from the previous system, validate reconciliations and deliver a test environment before go-live.

03

Training and go-live

We train the practice team module by module: opening files, generating tax forms, payroll processing, electronic filings and the electronic invoice workflow. Training is delivered on-site or remotely, adapted to each user's level.

04

Ongoing support and Verifactu

We maintain active support with a defined SLA: same-day response for critical incidents during filings or payroll close. We monitor manufacturer updates and apply regulatory changes (AEAT forms, IRPF tables, Social Security) before each campaign.

Frequently asked questions about Aplifisa.

Is Aplifisa 'approved' by the AEAT for Verifactu?

There is no type-approval or official AEAT list. The legal mechanism is the manufacturer's responsible declaration, as defined by RD 1007/2023. Aplifisa, through its FactuGes module, has incorporated that compliance. Summum Sistemas takes care of correctly configuring the solution in the practice's environment and validating that the signature chain and high registration work before the deadline.

What is the difference between SII and Verifactu?

They are two distinct and mutually exclusive obligations. SII (Immediate Supply of Information) requires taxable persons with annual turnover above 6 M EUR or belonging to VAT groups to submit invoicing records in near real time. Verifactu is the new obligation for everyone else: invoicing systems must guarantee the integrity, unalterability and traceability of records. The deadlines are 1 January 2027 for legal entities and 1 July 2027 for self-employed persons (under RDL 15/2025). If you are already on SII, Verifactu does not apply to you.

Can we migrate from another practice management software to Aplifisa?

Yes. We carry out migrations from the most common platforms in the advisory market. The process includes analysis of data to be exported, field mapping, supervised import and reconciliation validation before go-live. Duration depends on the volume of files and the quality of the source data.

What support do you offer once Aplifisa is live?

Support with a defined SLA: critical incidents (blocked electronic filings, payroll close failures) receive same-business-day attention. We also apply the manufacturer's regulatory updates before each tax campaign and payroll close, so the practice has no surprises in the middle of a filing run.

Can you implement Aplifisa in practices outside Castilla y León?

Our offices are in Valladolid, Burgos, Palencia, Aranda de Duero and Las Palmas, and we take on remote implementation projects across the whole of Spain. The vast majority of configuration, training and ongoing support is delivered remotely without any loss of quality.
