The Kit Consulting programme, governed by Order TDF/436/2024 of Spain's Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration, awards advisory vouchers to SMEs with between 10 and 249 employees. The grant amount depends on company size: €12,000 for companies with 10–49 employees, €18,000 for those with 50–99, and €24,000 for those with 100–249. Funding comes from the NextGenerationEU Recovery Plan, with a total budget of €300 million.
The voucher is redeemed by contracting a Red.es-accredited consulting digitalisation agent, who carries out a digital maturity assessment and designs a tailored roadmap with specific investments, timelines and priorities. Eligible areas include business strategy and performance, cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence, 360° digital transformation and customer experience management, among others. The outcome is a roadmap the company can execute independently or with the support of Kit Digital solutions.
Summum Sistemas has been accompanying SMEs through digitalisation projects since 2007 — ERP, cybersecurity, systems integration, Power Platform and regulatory compliance. That hands-on experience, combined with our accreditation as a digitalisation agent, ensures that diagnostics focus on the real operational needs of the business rather than generic documents. We also coordinate with the group's sister divisions — Summum IA for intelligent automation, Summum Consultoría for data governance and NIS2 compliance — so that the roadmap covers every dimension of the transformation.
